Pricing for Career Coaching and Related Services

The Career Coaching Package for those earning $200,000 or more:

• The premier senior executive program (click for proposal) is $10,000, and includes 28 hours of private coaching as well as 15 months in a group of your peers.
• The senior executive package (click for proposal) is $7,500 and includes 18 hours of private coaching with an executive Five O’Clock Club consultant, assignment to a group of your peers, and all of the benefits listed below.

The Career coaching Package for those earning $100,000 to $200,000:

• The premium (and most common) package (click for proposal) is $5,000 and includes 14 hours of private coaching with a senior Five O’Clock Club consultant and all of the benefits listed below.
• The standard package (click for proposal) is $4,000 and includes 9 hours of private coaching and all of the benefits listed below.
• The bare-bones package (click for proposal) is $3,000 and includes 5 hours of private coaching and all of the benefits listed below.

The Career Coaching Package for those earning less than $100,000:

• The long-term care package (click for proposal) is $4,000 and includes 12 hours of private coaching with a senior Five O’Clock Club consultant and all of the benefits listed below. This package is for very long term employees who are expected to have a difficult search.
• The premium package (click for proposal) is $3,000 and includes 8 hours of private coaching with a senior Five O’Clock Club consultant and all of the benefits listed below.
• The standard package (click for proposal) is $2,000 and includes 3 hours of private coaching and all of the benefits listed below.

Services included in Career Coaching Packages: The Career Coaching Packages above all include the private coaching hours listed above. In addition, all packages include ONE YEAR of small group career coaching – the very service job hunters need most!

YOUR PACKAGE INCLUDES

• Private career coaching sessions (as listed above) with a Five O’Clock Club-certified Career Coach to determine a career direction, develop a résumé, plan salary negotiations, etc. (Hours must be used within ONE YEAR of starting with The Five O’Clock Club, although your time may be put on hold when you are doing consulting work, etc.)
• A minimum of ONE YEAR of small-group teleconference strategy sessions (average approximately 5 or 6 of your peers in a group) headed by a senior Five O’Clock Club career consultant.
• LIFETIME membership in The Five O’Clock Club. Benefits include:

  Space and other facilities: We find that most clients have computers — and certainly cell phones or answering machines — at home and do not require outside space. However, space is available throughout the country and can be purchased separately at a cost lower than through traditional outplacement firms.
